Shenzhen Tianfeng Umbrella took a long time to process the order and then did not ship it for delivery to our location. Instread, I was required to get registered as an importer and pay a variety of additional fees as well as arrange for shipping from the port. The other 3 orders I had we delivered by FedEx or UPS and while they took a while, there was no extra work or cost. In this case, they attached a false FedEx label to my account and claimed it was delivered while sending it to a shipping company and only paying for delivery to the port. The shipping amounts they charged were the same that I paid for the other orders that were delivered to my house. I spent hours trying to figure this out and they were of no help.

At the same time, before arranging the shipment, we confirmed the consignee information with the buyer, and he confirmed it. However, after the bill of lading, he changed the consignee name and refused to pay the bill of lading change fee, wasting USD50 and asking for a refund many times.
